Our popular 16" camera rain cover fits all Canon, Nikon, and other popular SLR cameras. It can be used with all the lenses you're likely to own, including:

  • Canon 70-200/2.8 & 100-400mm IS lenses.
  • Nikon 70-200/2.8 & 80-400mm VR lenses.
  • Fits other camera+lens combos with a combined length of up to 13 inches.
  • Useable with short lenses too (you just bunch up any excess fabric).

Other key features:

  • Made of "Silnylon" - click for more info, an extremely waterproof, ultralight, and strong fabric.
  • Takes seconds to attach or remove.
  • Can be used for handheld or tripod shooting.
  • Compact, flexible, & ultralight - weighs ~1 oz.
  • The cover fits with an external flash on the camera.
  • TTL flash (external or pop-up) works thru the WHITE cover, which also acts as a variable flash diffuser.
  • Works with lenses that rotate to focus.
  • The WHITE cover makes a handy SUNSHADE. DSLRs produce images with less "noise" if you keep the camera's sensor cool.

How the cover works:

The cover has an elastic cord & lock on both ends. You slip the camera into the back end of the cover and attach the small end of the cover around the lens. Leave the back end open however much you want when you're shooting (the back opens to about a 10" diameter circle when fully open), and close it down when you're not shooting.

NOTE - the WHITE cover is surprisingly transparent when it's held against something. You can see the dials & buttons when the cover is held against your camera or lens.

Patent pending.

If you generally use a tripod, you may want to consider our 16" rain cover (with tripod/hand opening)
